A seven-day journey through the south, from the energy of Ho Chi Minh City to the waterways of the Mekong, the cool highlands of Da Lat, and the beaches of Nha Trang.
This seven-day tour spans the varied landscapes of southern Vietnam. Start in Ho Chi Minh City with its colonial landmarks and the Cu Chi Tunnels, cruise the palm-lined canals of the Mekong Delta and its floating market, climb into the cool pine-clad highlands of Da Lat, and finish on the beaches of the coastal city of Nha Trang.
Day 1
Arrive at Tan Son Nhat International Airport and transfer to your hotel. In the afternoon, tour the former Saigon: the Reunification Palace, the Notre-Dame Cathedral and Central Post Office, and the bustling Ben Thanh Market.
Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City
Day 2
Half-day excursion to the Cu Chi Tunnels, the vast underground network used during the war. Return to the city for a free afternoon to explore the cafes and markets at your own pace.

Day 3
Drive to the Mekong Delta and board a boat through the palm-fringed waterways. Visit a coconut-candy workshop and fruit orchards, take a sampan ride through the narrow canals, and enjoy a local lunch before continuing to Can Tho for the night.

Day 4
Early boat trip to the Cai Rang floating market, where traders sell produce from their boats at dawn. Return to Ho Chi Minh City and take an afternoon flight to the cool highland town of Da Lat.

Day 5
Explore the "City of Eternal Spring": the flower gardens, the Datanla waterfall and alpine coaster, the Crazy House, and the pine-clad shores of Xuan Huong Lake, with a stop at a hillside coffee and vegetable farm.

Day 6
Drive down from the highlands to the coastal city of Nha Trang. Spend the afternoon relaxing on the beach, or take an optional boat trip to the offshore islands for snorkelling.
Overnight in Nha Trang
Day 7
Free time at leisure until your transfer to Cam Ranh International Airport for your departure flight.
